BIG SHIFT IN EDUCATION - STEM To Replace Rote Learning In Ghana.

The Ghanaian government is aggressively shifting its focus to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

 In 2022, President Akufo-Addo, launched STEM Education with the creation of the Accra STEM Academy.

 In 2025, President Mahama also announced a curriculum overhaul introducing robotics, coding, and AI in Basic Schools and launched the STEM box initiative.
